Stevens Park Village is patrolled by North Oak Cliff United Police Patrol

North Oak Cliff United Police Patrol (NOCUPP) is a non-profit, volunteer-led and operated organization that employs off-duty Dallas police officers to patrol streets and alleys in participating neighborhoods in North Oak Cliff. NOCUPP officers have the same authority to stop and arrest as when on duty, and drive marked Dallas Police patrol cars. 

This program is supported only by voluntary contributions made by residents in participating neighborhoods. The cost to participate is just $1 a day and can be paid in (2) payments of $182.50 or (1) of $365.  While the extra patrol will deter crime for all residents, only contributors receive these benefits:

• Cell phone number of officer on duty
• Immediate response to emergency and non-emergency calls
• Alarm response
• Timely reports for insurance purposes
